State health programs
New Mexico Department of Health Tobacco Use Prevention and Control (TUPAC), via subcontract with University of Wyoming Survey Analysis Center: support for community-based initiatives to reduce tobacco-related disparities in specific populations.
Washington State Department of Health: Ask Me breast cancer screening promotion program evaluation.
Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation via subcontracts through WithinReach and Uncommon Solutions: Washington Connections (DSHS) Benefit Portal evaluation.
National Alcohol Beverage Control Association (NABCA) and Oregon Liquor & Cannabis Commission: Eyes on Oregon assessment of ID checking practices in alcohol home delivery.

Community health programs
United General District 304 (Skagit County, WA): Evaluation support for access to healthy foods "Farm 2 School" and "Fruit & Veggie Prescription" programs.
Thurston County Health Department: Focus groups with parents of young children (ages 3-7) and their decisions to purchase fast-food for children. Focus groups were conducted in both English and Spanish.
Washington State Educational Service District 114: Focus groups with homeless or at-risk youth to identify strategies for keeping homeless youth in school, informing implementation of the federal McKinney-Vento Act.
Wahkiakum County Community Network: 3 year project engaging youth in school-based survey data review and priority identification for community-wide prevention.
Tribal Programs
Nooksack Indian Tribe: long-term data and evaluation support for alcohol, opioid and substance abuse prevention initiatives, including an annual community-based health survey of young people.
Port Gamble S'Klallam Indian Tribe: Evaluation of an in-home asthma intervention.
South Puget Intertribal Planning Agency (SPIPA): Evaluation of a multi-year colorectal cancer screening promotion program.
Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe: support for strategic planning and comprehensive data collection for alcohol prevention initiative.
Ketchikan Indian Community: Community health assessment.
Swinomish Tribe: Community health assessment.
